The Axagon EEM2-SG2 RAW Box is a universal external SSD case designed for M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD disks. It features a USB 3.2 Gen2 interface and a screwless design for easy assembly and disassembly of the disk. The box supports both M.2 NVMe and SATA disks and allows attachment of three different lengths of SSD cards. The aluminum body and cooling holes provide good cooling for the inserted disk, extending its service life and preventing "Thermal Throttling".

The Axagon EEM2-SG2 RAW Box is a versatile external SSD case that supports both M.2 NVMe and SATA SSD disks. Equipped with a USB 3.2 Gen2 interface, it enables a reliable and fast connection with transmission rates of up to 10Gb/s. The package includes a USB-C to USB-C cable for connecting to a computer and a USB-C to USB-A adapter for connecting to any free USB port on a notebook. The box supports modern functions such as UASP, TRIM, and allows reading S.M.A.R.T. information that monitors the status of the disk. It also features standby support when idle.


One of the unique features of this SSD case is the possibility of using both M.2 NVMe and SATA disks without worrying about the type of M.2 disk you are putting in the box. The box supports three different lengths of SSD cards (42, 60, and 80mm) and M.2 cards can be single-sided or double-sided. Additionally, the box does not limit the capacity of the inserted SSD.


The screwless box opening makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the M.2 SSD disk, expanding the possibilities of using the box for data migration, testing, and more. The outer metal housing is made in black color with an elegant brushed finish that prevents unwanted fingerprints. The rounded box design promises a comfortable and pleasant use.


The aluminum body and cooling holes provide very good cooling of the inserted M.2 SSD disk, preventing the disk from slowing down due to thermal throttling and extending its service life. By inserting the M.2 SSD in the box, you can easily create a fast compact external disk that can be used with computers, notebooks, as well as mobile phones and tablets. The box is designed for M key and B+M key card formats and features an NGFF 75-pin M key slot for M.2 drives.
